Somewhere on a forgotten server in Germany, a (then) broke sysadmin took a backup just before NoobWars switched off its lights for good. The NoobWars lights, not the sysadmin’s.
More than a decade later, the original NoobWars team went on a quest. They searched, found the treasure buried in the dust, and brought it back into the light. With the help of AI (and a fair amount of gin, ice and lemon), the forum was cleaned up, repaired and brought back to life, along with a pile of new projects on the way.
